Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Doggie Bagz! We pride ourselves on our fabulous products and excellent customer service. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Return Eligibility:

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received your items to initiate a return.

  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Custom Poo Poo Party Bags cannot be returned. Gift cards and sale items are also non-returnable.

  4. Proof of Purchase: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer support team at [CustomerSupportEmail] with your order number, details of the item(s), and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to send your return.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  3. Non-Refundable: Any shipping costs or additional services purchased are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Cancellations:
