  • Custom Orders: Customizable Doggie Bagz products may require additional processing time. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the products, as well as the destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the contiguous United States. International shipping times may vary.
  • Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We offer international shipping to select countries.
  • Customs & Import Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Doggie Bagz is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Restricted Items: Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at debbie@doggiebagz.com with a photo of the damaged item.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes: If you need to change your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
  • Cancellations: We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours.
